Senior Editor at MBTI Type Guide. Alex is the editor who notices patterns nobody else points out. His pieces tend to lead with a number or a chart — what percentage of INTJs actually do something, what gets routinely misclassified, what the data quietly says. Numbers-first, but written for humans.
My ESTP friend made me read this, and the 'ISFPs prefer a slow and gentle start to the day' hit the nail on the head. She's always ready for an 'adrenaline-pumping adventure' at dawn, and I'm still debating if I should get out of bed to find my art supplies. Don't rush me, sun, seriously.

This article is actually useful for team planning. If I have an INTP on my team, I know not to schedule any critical discussions before noon if I want 'chipper conversation.' The ESTJ description of being up early for productivity is dead on for me.

For years I thought I was an ENTJ because I do get super early starts when I have a brilliant new idea. But the ENTP part, 'unpredictable morning creatures' who either bounce out of bed or sleep until noon after a late-night brainstorming session, that's truly it. ENTJs are 'usually up before the sun' consistently, and that was never my truth.
